HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

I become an embedded member of your team, either leading your current marketing function or augmenting your current marketing and demand generation teams in a fractional capacity. With this, I'm given full admin access, when appropriate, to your current CMS, CRM, instance of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn business page profile, other social profiles, paid ad accounts and platforms, any marketing automation platforms you may be using, given a company email address, etc..I work on monthly retainer at a set amount of monthly hours with a minimum of a 3 month agreement. I take on very few clients under this retainer structure to make sure you have my undivided focus and attention.The first step to work together is that we will have an intro needs analysis call to see if I can help you and if we are a good fit for each other. If all goes well with our call, I then send you the retainer agreement.Upon a fully executed retainer agreement, I then send you the first month's retainer invoice to be paid before any work starts.Once the first month's retainer is paid I immediately begin work on your growth marketing engine.

The monthly "retainer" paid is specifically paid for my time, my knowledge, my expertise, my experience, my analysis, my recommendations and my efforts that you get under the terms of retainer agreement.There is a custom minimum project based deliverable and service level agreement (SLA) based on your needs and focus included and built into the retainer fee under the agreement as well.There may be, on occasion, additional hourly rate charges if work requested by you goes beyond the allotted monthly time the retainer fee covers.There may be, on occasion, other charges outside of the retainer fee for specific project based services you may request that the retainer fee does not cover and are considered "additional services".There may be, on occasion, other charges for specific software tool costs for seat licenses based on any specific service or project requested that the retainer fee does not cover.All possible additional fees are discussed ahead of time and approved ahead of time before any work starts.
